WATCH: Police Cage Young Mother & Baby (1) For Not Wearing Mask Properly

Chantelle Gore was on Thursday arrested together with her 1-year-old daughter by police in Marondera for allegedly not wearing a mask properly.

She was taken to Marondera Police Station and caged together with her child. She said police are demanding a ZWL$500 fine.

I was walking in town and buying groceries for my baby. I had my mask but they arrested me saying I wasn’t wearing my mask properly. They took me inside where they put their people but never considered that I had a baby… all they want is money, money, money, it’s all they want…
