News:South African Based Model Collaborates With Dobba Don
<vote /> South African-based model and musician Vanessa Sibanda, who is known as Queen Vee, released a potential hit featuring “Mudendere” hitmaker Dobba Don titled “Varidzi VePattern”. The single comes after Queen Vee’s other collaboration with Zimdancehall singer Soul Jah Love titled “Mari Mari”.
The Herald reports that Chill Spot Records duo Levelz and Fantan endorsed the track as a banger after a sampling session at their Mbare studios and expressed interest in having Queen Vee on some of their up coming riddims.
Queen Vee showed her versatility on “Mari Mari”, which gave Soul Jah Love his Channel O debut.
Queen Vee has so far amassed more local support through collaborations and the popularity of Zimdancehall can help her gain more ground while her connections in South Africa can benefit local dancehall artistes break onto the regional market.
