Provide the Business support in key business initiatives to ensure sustainability and contribute to business results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Identifying emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Building and promoting strong, long lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Facilitate the efficient delivery of service through communication, negotiation and coordinate with internal and external clients to manage client relations.
- Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Sales and Marketing and or business administration or any related field is considered.
- Experience and knowledge of the earth moving and construction equipment market a "MUST" have.
- Computer literacy (including relevant SAP exposure) MS Office etc
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.( Minimum 5 years)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written communication including listening)
- Leadership potential Ability to achieve results utilizing talent in team.
- Business Development skills and knowledge.
- Good customer relations.
