"Bond notes may cause Mugabe's downfall, says CIO report"

According to the Zimnet News Website, a supposedly leaked Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO)  report claims that President Robert Mugabe was warned that the bond notes could be his downfall if they suffered depreciation and caused inflation.

A reported alleged to be from the CIO and dated 29 September claims that the military were just as unhappy about the bond notes as the rest of the population.  An excerpt  from the report reads:
