Warriors training camp suspended for two days due to accommodation
The Warriors‘ preparations for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations suffered a still birth when training had to be suspended for two days. The Warriors were turned away from camp, at Mount Hampden, after the training facility suffered electricity and water problems. The training was scheduled to start on 26 December, but after the disruptions ZIFA had to look for alternative accommodation. Training is due to start today after the Warriors were checked into a hotel yesterday.
