COVID-19: Ministry Of Health Official Update – 03 April 2020
The number of confirmed COVID-19 positive cases remain at 9 in Zimbabwe as of April 3, the Ministry of Health and Child Care has said.
In its coronavirus (COVID-19) update, 3 April 2020, the health ministry said 13 samples were tested at the National Microbiology Reference Laboratory. All of them tested negative for COVID-19.
To date, Zimbabwe has conducted 329 tests. 320 of them tested negative while 9 tested positive. There has been one confirmed death from coronavirus.
In terms of the confirmed cases by province, Matabeleland North has 1, Harare 4 and Mashonaland East has 4, bringing the total to 9.
