Sikhala Bail Hearing Postponed To Tomorrow

The bail hearing of MDC Alliance Vice-Chairman Job Sikhala has been postponed for the second time this month and the High Court will hear the case tomorrow. According to sources, Sikhala’s bail hearing was postponed because the state, led by Authur Bosha said there was a page missing from the record of the proceedings.

Justice Chitapi postponed the hearing to tomorrow and ordered ZPCS officers to not shackle Sikhala with leg irons while he is in court.

Sikhala was arrested a few weeks ago after he according to ZRP tweeted falsehoods about ZRP officers beating a child strapped on its mother’s back to death.
