- Local Cases: 285
- Returnees: 0 (High number of cases constituting 88% of cases reported today Mash East(7), Midlands(51), Mat South (64) and Masvingo(65) are from outbreaks detected in schools).
- Deaths: 9
- Vaccinations: 16 377 (first dose); 38 929 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 2 908 514 (first dose); 2 001 987 (second dose)
- Tests: 3 803 (Positivity today was 7.5%)
- As of 15 September 2021, 1500hrs there were 119 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 8, Asymptomatic 16, mild to moderate 81, severe 22 and 0 in Intensive Care Units.
